EUGENE LIPINKSKI was born in England and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. He began acting at the age of twelve in amateur theater, including theatrical productions at the University of Regina. He then returned to the UK where he attended the Royal Academy as well as the Drama Studio in London.

Eugene remained a resident of London for over twenty years, working in both commercial and repertory theater. His first role in a feature film was in Superman followed by Star Wars. He then went on to work with such legendary directors as Nicholas Reog, John Schlesinger, Sir Peter Hall, Allan Parker, Paul Schrader, and Steven Spielberg.

Lipinski moved back to Canada, making his home base in Toronto and is in the process of relocating to Vancouver. He continues to work all over North America, being involved in such productions as Hanssen by Norman Mailer, The Recruit with Al Pacino and Colin Ferrell, Everybody's Doing it, for MTV and Canada Russia 72. Lipinski most recently was involved in shooting Intelligence for Haddock Entertainment, directed by Steven Surjik and produced by Chris Haddock. Lipinski plays the role of multi-millionaire Lloyd Manning in Da Vinci's City Hall, the follow-up series to the hugely successful Da Vinci's Inquest.

Regarded as one of the best character actors in the country, Eugene Lipinski, a Gemini Award nominee and a Genie Award winner, has had an extremely varied and exciting career, and after twenty-five years in the industry, carries on with as much flair, passion, and gusto as ever!
