After directing the irreverent hit series Kids in the Hall, Stephen Surjik made his feature debut with the Hollywood blockbuster Wayne's World 2, starring Michael Myers. For television, his credits include the 2-hour TV pilot for Intelligence, Tripping the Wire: A Stephen Tree Mystery, the award-winning Little Criminals, and the Emmy-nominated Weapons of Mass Distraction, starring Ben Kingsley and Gabriel Byrne. His credits include 9 episodes for Da Vinci's Inquest, "Don't Break Your Brother's Heart" and "Not a Nice Boy!" for Intelligence, "Ready to Call in the Horses" and "The Dogs in Sympathy with the Cats" for Da Vinci's City Hall, Monk, Terminal City, The Handler, Road to Avonlea, Due South, X-Files and pilots for Bull, starring Stanley Tucci, and Zoe Busiek: Wildcard, starring Joely Fisher.
