David Frazee
Director of Photography


The award-winning Director of Photography David Frazee is also a featured director of Intelligence directing the series' first episode. He also served as the cinematographer on both Da Vinci's Inquest and then Da Vinci's City Hall since the series' inception, frequently directing episodes since Season II. As a cinematographer, he won Leo Awards for the first and second seasons of Da Vinci's Inquest.

His credits include the features Suddenly Naked, Edge of Madness, Dangerous Attraction, Hell Mountain, Starlight, Boulevard, New Shoes and the upcoming Everything's Gone Green. He has also been cinematographer on a slate of TV movies, including Crazy Canucks, Behind the Camera: The Unauthorized Story of Mork and Mindy, Secret Cutting, Milgaard, Stolen Miracle, Cowboys and Indians: The JJ Harper Story, 100 Days in the Jungle, for which he was nominated for a Gemini, and The Life. Other credits include the short documentary Balancing Act and Tokyo Girls, for which Frazee won the Gemini Award for Best Photography in a Documentary Program or Series.
